If you are responsible for building safety, you are expected to know where your risks sit, understand your responsibilities and be able to evidence control. Some risks are obvious. Others sit just outside immediate view: in the detail, in how systems interact and in where responsibilities overlap.
This one-day seminar, delivered by FDM Training and Development and CORGI Technical Services in collaboration with the Association of Safety and Compliance Professionals (ASCP), is designed to help you navigate that landscape with greater clarity
and confidence.
Fire door safety remains one of the most visible and scrutinised areas of compliance. But it does not sit in isolation. In certain
buildings, gas infrastructure and hazardous substances introduce additional risks that bring DSEAR / IGEM / G / 5 risks into scope. Understanding where these risks exist, and how they connect, is an important part of managing safety in practice.
